Rates

The Reading Room is available for hire on an hourly basis. 

Hire Charges – £12.00 (£12.50 from January 1st 2024) per hour plus deposit*.

Ad-Hoc bookings – In addition to the Hire Charge Ad-Hoc or one-off Bookings will be charged an Admin Fee of £11.00 (£12.00 from January 1st 2024). Regular Groups are exempt.

* A minimum deposit of £40.00 (£50.00 from January 1st 2024) is required on the day of your booking, which can be made with a Card Transaction – this will be refunded with the return of the property in a clean and satisfactory condition. Please note deposits via card can take up to 10 working days.
