Bookings

Here is our booking calendar. To make a booking simply click on the + (plus) button at the bottom right of the calendar. If the calendar doesn’t show then please click the “Launch booking system” button to be redirected to the full booking app.

The fee for your booking will be displayed after you have selected the date, time and duration of your booking. The system requires you to fill out an on-screen booking form with various details.

Regular customersIf you are one of our regular customers, you will not need to enter your credit or debit card details.  Your email address held on the system identifies you as a regular customer, allowing you to book without making an upfront payment.  We will continue to invoice our regular customers separately, as usual, on a monthly basis.

All other customers: On the booking form, you should type in your credit or debit card details. When you submit your booking, your card will be charged immediately for the full amount of fee due. If your card payment is accepted, you will be sent an automated booking confirmation email. Your booking is not secured until your payment has been approved. You should note that the payment is non-refundable. Your deposit will be collected separately.

Other information: The minimum duration of a booking is one hour. New bookings need to be made at least 48 hours before the start time
