Due to coming from back pain and injury, and then becoming an instructor, my approach to Pilates is modern and functional, applicable to real life – focused on an easy to follow, controlled series of exercises – strengthening the core muscles and improving stability, balance, flexibility as well as mobility. Shown to help with non-specific back pain, improves sports performance, contributes to lowering the chance of injury and enhances general wellbeing. Put simply, with some consistency you’ll move & feel better.
